Did you know that The nations largest mental health teaching hospital, Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), recently conducted a study on workplace mental health and its effects on employee’s productivity. It is estimated that $51 billion is lost in productivity due to mental illness in Canada each year. It is said that the cost of lost productivity from depression is 23 x higher than the cost of treatment.

By partnering with the From Invisible to Visible team to empower the way Black access mental health services and in particular on-going therapy. Black employees will have a chance to seek therapy from a professional therapist that looks like them, saving the company both time and energy by taking a preventative approach to combating mental health that is both respectful and equitable.
